لا تصدق المرآة...

ليس الشعر للفهم.....لا نقرأه لنفهم كاتبه، بل لنختبر أنفسنا. يصبح العمل الشعري قصيدة
للقارئ حين يجعله يدخل مساحة جديدة من إنسانيته. العمل الشعري لا يشكل "قصيدة" بمجرد كتابته. لكنه "يصير|" قصيدة بالنسبة للقارئ عندما يفتح عينيه على بشريته وكينونته، تلك ال "الوجود-هنا" كما يدعوها مارتن هايدغر. حين يجعله يحتضن ذاته.
. احتضان الذات يمثل هنا نوع من أنواع الفهم. إلا أنَّ الفهم المقصود هنا لا يعني الإدراك العقلي الصرف، بل يعني الوعي الوجودي الذي تتمازج فيه الخبرة والفكرة ؛ التجرية الوجودية مع المعنى الذي نستخلصه منها في تماهٍ حلولي سبينوزي أو تمهيوية متبادلة هيغلية. "قصيدة مفهومة" تعني قصيدة أضاءت أمامي شمعة ما جعلتني أرى بعضاً من ذاتي لا في ذاتويتها المتسامية المكتفية في ذاتها، كما يقول ديكارت ويشدد كانط، بل بعضاً من ذاتي الذي يشكل جانباً يجمعني بباقي البشر ويكمن في حقيقة تقف هناك خارج حدود أنويتي؛ تلك الحقيقة التي ألتقي معها حين أسافر خارج ذاتي في عمق مجهول الغربة، كما يقول كيركيكارد. الفهم في الشعر يعني أنَّ تجربة وصراع الشاعر الذي كتب العمل وصلت إلي في صورة قصيدة وقالت لي: "أنت كائن له ملامح...لا تصدق المرآة، صدق ما لا تراه بعينك."
الشعر يدٌ تأخذني إلى منازلي. لحظة إشرافٍ على الكيان البشري الشخصي من خلال نوافذ الآخرين. الشعر كي يُختبَر لا كي يُفهَم، لأنه مكتوب لأجل الآخرين.

poetry is not for understanding......we do not read it to understand its author, but to experience our own self. A poetic work becomes 'poem' for the reader when it enables him to enter into a new space in his humanity. The poetic work is not 'poem' just because it is written. It becomes so for the reader when this latter opens his eyes on his humanity and humanness; his 'being-here' or 'Dasein', as Martin Heidegger says. When it enables him to embrace himself.
self-embrace represents one form of understanding. Yet, the understanding meant here is not the purely rational one. It rather means the existential awareness, wherein intermingle the experience with the idea, the existential experience with the meaning we extract from it in a Spinozist pantheism, or even Hegelian panentheism.
'understood poem' means a poem that ignited before me a candle that allowed me to view part of my self; not in its self-sufficient selfhood like the one Descartes calls for and Kant emphasizes, but a part of my self that joins me with other humans and lies in a truth that stands right there, outside my ego; the truth, that is, which I meet up with when I travel beyond my self-boundaries into the depth of the unknown of alienation, as Kierkegaard says.
understanding in poetry means that the experience and the struggle of the poet who wrote the work has reached me in a form of a 'poem' and said to me: "you are a being with features....do not believe the mirror, believe what your eye does not see." poetry is a hand that takes me to my homes. I moment of overlooking the personal human self via the windows of the others. poetry is to be experienced, not to be understood, for it is written for the sake of others.
